This is the basic plan to enjoy Yado Shientei's kaiseki course at the in-house dining room "Shiki".

[Yado Shientei]
The rooms are spacious with 100 to 150 square meters, and you can enjoy the natural hot springs of Kaike while looking out at the garden. You can spend a relaxing time in the room with natural wood and Japanese modern furniture. The interior of the museum is spacious, and you can spend time at a leisurely pace, and from the private gallery where the works of Living National Treasures are exhibited and the corridor, you can see the courtyard where you can feel the seasons, soothing your soul.

Using carefully selected seafood from the Sea of Japan and local vegetables grown on Mt. Although it is a simple dish, we will "hospital" you with dishes that value the original flavor and strength of the ingredients.

Ingredients that color the cuisine are carefully selected top-quality seafood "Yado Shientei Kaiseki", such as a variety of nutritious seafood from the Sea of Japan, rice, and vegetables grown in the black soil at the foot of the famous Mt. Daisen. Please enjoy.
 
■Breakfast
It is a colorful Japanese meal that is made with Tottori's unique sea and mountain delicacies in an "Obanzai style" that is gentle on the body. It is a popular breakfast at our hotel, with a wide variety of items, and many people say that they are happy in the morning.
 
■ Effects of thalassotherapy "Kaike Onsen"
There are hot springs in the guest rooms (the VIP room has two baths, an open-air bath, and an indoor bath, and the premium suite has a semi-open-air bath). The hot water is flowing 24 hours a day, and the quality of the Kaike Onsen, where hot water gushes out into the sea, is rare, and it is exactly the thalassotherapy that has been practiced in Europe since ancient times. In recent years, this hot spring has been attracting attention among women in Japan as a beauty treatment and a therapy for stress and rehabilitation.

Using fresh vegetables grown on the famous Mt. Daisen and local marine products, we prepare a Japanese breakfast that is kind to the body so that you can become beautiful and healthy through "food".

・Meals are served at the in-house dining room "Miki".

November 10 - March 22 At our hotel, we are so particular about the "best crab" that we have our own crab ikes. About 10,000 to 30,000 crabs are caught at Sakaiminato, which boasts the largest amount of crabs landed in Japan. Among them, there are less than 10 crabs that meet our standards. Please enjoy carefully selected "superb Matsuba crab"!

[About the finest Matsuba crab course/for 2 people] One cup is served as ``Boiled Crab'' and you can enjoy the plump texture and flavor of the freshly boiled crab. The other one is a course of various crab dishes such as ``crab sashimi'', ``charcoal-grilled crab'', ``grilled crab'', ``crab shabu hotpot'', and ``crab porridge'', which the two of you can enjoy together.

*Dinner will be served from 18:00 to 19:00. (We will visit you in order of arrival. Advance reservations are not accepted.)
